Romania's first Smart City Marketplace: a verified catalogue of technical solutions from ARSC member companies, organised by vertical and funding source.
ARSC Marketplace is a verified catalogue of 50 smart city solutions from 56 ARSC member companies, organised by vertical and by funding sources available in Romania. All companies are members of the Romanian Association for Smart City and provide validated technical solutions for municipalities. Solutions can be filtered by vertical, funding source, estimated budget, reference city and quality (ARSC verified), and the comparator places them side by side: TRL, budget, funding, KPIs, references. Implementation references are declared by the supplier: ARSC does not independently validate each installation.

From the solution page, the “Request a quote” button opens a 3-step form for city halls, county councils, autonomous public companies / RATP, ministries / state agencies or private operators.

You post a need
City halls can post a smart city need free of charge. ARSC suppliers are notified and can send proposals.

Suppliers respond
ARSC suppliers can respond directly to needs posted by city halls and to TED tenders, via the contact e-mail shown or through the Supplier Portal.
