Corporate membership giving you direct access to public administration, the Smart City ecosystem, and ARSC's 144 partner cities.
ARSC membership positions your company in Romania's largest Smart City network — 300+ public-sector members and 450+ organisations in the ecosystem. Members gain visibility at ARSC events, access to briefings on funding directions, support for orientation and connection inside local administrations, and the opportunity to present their solutions in official ARSC communications. A separate track is available for individual experts (professors, lecturers, consultants) who want to join the specialist group.

How it works

Membership application
Complete the online form with company details and activity profile; individual experts complete a dedicated Google Form.

Pay the membership fee
For companies the fee is €7,000 + VAT per year, paid at application submission.

ARSC onboarding
The team connects you to relevant lines of activity, includes you in sector briefings, and walks you through immediate opportunities.

Activate visibility
Your profile appears on ARSC channels, you're invited to events, and you can propose solutions for official communications.
