Organised by ARSC within Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec, the Mayors and Local Administration Congress brings together mayors, ministers, solution providers, and investors for substantive dialogue on digitalisation, energy transition, and modernisation. The third edition takes place on March 23, 2027 at ROMEXPO and features applied workshops, networking sessions, and the Sustainability Gala recognising innovative local projects and administrative leadership.

Concept

One of Romania's most important forums dedicated to the digitalisation, sustainability and modernisation of public administration. The congress brings mayors, county council presidents, ministers, technology vendors and financing institutions into one room for applied dialogue - not marketing pitches, but real conversations about how projects move from idea to implementation within the current mandate.
