Organised by ARSC within Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec, the Mayors and Local Administration Congress brings together mayors, ministers, solution providers, and investors for substantive dialogue on digitalisation, energy transition, and modernisation. The second edition takes place on March 3, 2026 at ROMEXPO and features applied workshops, networking sessions, and the Sustainability Gala recognising innovative local projects and administrative leadership.
