The most important forum dedicated to the digitalisation, sustainability and modernisation of public administration in Romania.
The Congress of Mayors and Local Administration in Romania brings together mayors, ministers, public administration leaders, solution providers, investors and experts for an intense day of real dialogue, applied solutions and recognition of local performance. The 3rd edition takes place on March 23, 2027, at Romexpo - Pavilion B2 (Main Stage) in Bucharest, as part of Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec 2027. The congress is organised by the Romanian Association for Smart City in partnership with Romexpo and Euroexpo. The day includes the official opening, five strategic panels with case studies from ARSC partners, a lunch with speed networking and, in the evening, the Gala for Sustainability in Local Administration.
