DefNet is the ARSC initiative dedicated to Romania's defense and security ecosystem. It reduces time, costs, and administrative risk in accessing European funds such as EDF (European Defence Fund), Horizon Europe, and SAFE, connecting Romanian companies to pre-validated consortia and academic and institutional partners. It covers six strategic verticals: aerospace and autonomous systems, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, AI and emerging technologies, biosecurity and CBRN, logistics and tactical mobility.
