The national platform for training Smart City experts, with the “Smart City Innovation Manager” course, recognised at European level and registered under COR 242106.
Academia Smart City® is a national professional training platform coordinated by the Romanian Association for Smart City. It trains experts for the Smart City Industry - for central and local institutions and for the companies developing Romania's cities and communities. The course offering is designed around the expertise - efficiency - benefits paradigm. The Innovation Manager course is accredited by the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of National Education. The certificate obtained on completion certifies the occupation “Innovation manager - COR 242106” and is recognised throughout the European Union, as well as in the countries with which Romania has signed qualification equivalence agreements.

- The intensive online course “Smart City for Companies”, dedicated to executive leadership and delivered by Eduard Dumitrașcu, President of ARSC: 2 days, 12 hours, 12 modules and 40 lessons, live on Zoom, in Romanian
- The six Smart City verticals - Smart Mobility, Smart Living, Smart Economy, Smart Governance, Smart Environment, Smart Citizen - plus disruptive technologies, market analysis and project implementation strategies
